The ETHEREA-MX Laser is very safe and feels like a mild heating sensation. Most patients say it feels like a slight warming of the skin. Most of our treatments can be combined with our Zimmer Chiller which will help negate the warm sensation to ensure the most comfortable treatment! Topical numbing is rarely needed but can be added as needed.
You may look a little red immediately after your Etherea-MX Laser treatment but this will resolve on its own within 30 minutes to several hours, depending on your skin type. You will expect your skin to feel slightly warm and enjoy a tightness to the skin
You may see some redness and/or flaking of your skin over the next few days after treatment and will see refreshed younger looking skin after 7-10 days
